- Dr. Albert Güveniş received his PhD. degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Drexel University, Philadelphia, USA. He then worked as a researcher and a faculty member at the Radiology Dept. in the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA in the area of Positron Emission Tomography.
