The lecture notes follow the textbook by Wilson very closely,
and I regularly assign homework from the book.


This class has an exploratory nature, so you should write
some simple Matlab scripts to study the dynamics of nonlinear
systems by yourself. I included an example that draws phase
portraits.


The files in the disk that comes with the book are helpful
for following the examples in the text.
